New Recovery Works procedure.

I wanted to take a moment to keep everyone informed of the newest changes to the Recovery Works procedure. The following is an email from Marion Superior Court Probation:
Recovery Works is changing how they do the referral process on 3/15/2022 and are incorporating a Reginal Liaison Person (PACE). The new process is as follows:
Step 1: Criminal Justice Partner will identify the participant and complete a Criminal Justice Information Form.
Step 2: Criminal Justice Information Form AND pertinent Criminal Justice documentation is forwarded to recoveryworks@paceindy.org.
Step 3: Regional Liaison will contact the participant (within 24 hours), record data and forward the referral and collateral information to the Direct Service Provider (DSP).
Step 4: Direct Service Provider (DSP) will provide monthly reports to the CJP. (This could be any DHMA certified program)
We are going to utilize the following process with your help to elevate the lag time between sending the Recovery Works Form to Regional Liaison Person and getting the client involved in services. This process will also allow us to refer clients to agencies that we have a Service Referral Agreement with.
Step 1: If the officer thinks that the client might need a Recovery Works referral, they will refer the client to an agency that does Recovery Works.
Step 2: The agency will determine if a referral needs to be done and will notify the officer.
